GENERAL

Do you offer catering?

Yes definitely! For catering orders, there is a minimum of $500. Simply fill out this form to get started with your catering order.

Can I order catering the same day as my event?

We require most catering orders to be placed 24 hours in advance to the time of the event. For any last-minute catering, please reach out to the manager on-site, via 332.204.2278, and we will try our best to accommodate your party or event!

What days & hours can I order corporate catering? 

Our catering services are available during our store operation hours of 8am-5pm, Monday thru Friday. For any catering outside our operation hours, please reach out to the manager on-site, via 332.204.2278, or catering@jojuny.com and we will try our best to accommodate your party or event!

Can I place an order over email or the phone?

We recommend all catering inquiries to be placed through the catering form on this website. It helps us ensure you a safe and easy ordering process. If there are any questions, concerns, or special requests, please reach us at catering@jojuny.com.

What are the JOJU catering options?

We have JOJU catering sets and à la carte catering options. Fill out this form to get started with your catering order.

Does my order include forks, spoons, plates, napkins, etc.?

Our catering options provide you the choice to select whether or not your catering event requires catering utensils (ie: forks, spoons, plates, and napkins).

Will your team help set up my order?

For delivery catering orders, you have the option to choose whether or not you want our team to help set up your order, for an additional fee.

What vegan/gluten-free options do you have?

On our menu, we have several meat-free options such as our Vegetable Summer Rolls, Scallion Egg Omelette Summer Rolls, Seitan Banh Mi, Seitan Ginger Bites Banh Mi, and Seitan Ginger Bites Rice/Salad Bowl.


DELIVERY & PAYMENT

Do you deliver catering orders?

Yes we do delivery depending on the distance. You can choose to have your catering order to be delivered on our catering form.

Do you have a recommendation on gratuity?

We don’t require you to tip! However, if you’d like to that’s perfectly fine as well.

What if my address is outside your delivery zone?

While we can’t 100% guarantee delivery to out-of-zone locations, feel free to check in with us by sending an email to info@jojuny.com. We will see what we can do to accommodate your catering order.


ORDER CHANGES

How do I make edits to my order?

Yes, please reach out to the manager on-site, via 332.204.2278, to make any modifications on your catering order. We can only accommodate changes to orders up to 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up or delivery.

What is your cancellation policy?

You just need to cancel your order? No problem, please reach out to the manager on-site, via 332.204.2278, to cancel. For cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled pick-up/delivery time, we do charge 50% of your order’s total. But, there are no cancellation fees when canceling with over a day’s notice.
